S. Christopher (“Kit”) Winter has more than two decades of legal experience relating to the Internet, intellectual property and business litigation. He also advises clients in strategic planning, data security and privacy, and risk management.
Mr. Winter has also worked as a graphic designer, advertising sales executive, sous chef, nightclub promoter, advice columnist, and magazine production manager.
